Drew Levin Indicted
Drew Savitch Levin, who was the prototype scumbag and the creative muse for this blog, has been indicted. By the unique mathematics of the American justice system, he is exposed to 200 years in prison. If convicted of all counts, he stands to actually serve up to ten years.
The gov waited so long to bring these charges that they will, in all probability, face some statute of limitations issues, but they have cast their net wide enough that they should be able to get a conviction anyway. We shall see...

May I state that Drew Levin is the best example of a scumbag I have ever met. Drew deserves whatever the government throws at him. He screwed anyone and everyone who had the bad judgement to befriend him or believe in him. He truly deserves to be listed here as a scumbag, and it is exciting that he was not only the first scumbag to be mentioned here, but he was also the first one to be indicted. Absolute truth is the only legal way to tell these stories, and I stick to it religiously.

this was over a year ago... does anyone know where Drew is today? Jail?
I met him several yrs ago;~ 1987 when he owned the business TEN in NYC, was shocked to read about this

I was unfortunate enough to work with the King Scumbag at TEN in LA. What a tempermental, egomaniacal, scheming, souless jerk! Karma, got to love it!
To inform everybody about Mr. Levin legal status, here is the truth. He tried to get the case dismissed based on staturary limitation, the motion was rejected. his case is scheduled in September 2010.
He has been re-arrested for a parole violation as of last month.
he was in the hospital last year... Such an assh0le. Very bipolar! Couldnt stand him.
I was good friends with him wife Debbie from NJ she was a very sweet person and had a great heart anyone know what happened to her or her kids?

Levin is in Federal Custody in an L.A. Area Hospital. Staff and USMS personel can't wait for him to go back to the Federal Lock Up.
he ripped me off $1800
As of 6/19/12, Levin was returned to a Federal Prison, following nearly two years of terrorizing hospital staff at two medical facilities.
Levin ripped me off for $3,000 on a promo I did for his company TMC along with several crew members. When I took him to small claims court and won, his lawyer stated to the court that they asked for my case to be dismissed as he was up against 200 counts of committing USPS fraud. I guess they couldn't get him so much on altering and lying about company numbers but you can't mess with the USPS. I will never get my money but I'm glad he is banned from doing business. And that whole hospital thing, really?!?! Good way to get out of serving time. Just another ploy to show him beating the system.
